Unframed Paper Art Prints: Please allow 2-5 business days for print creation with dispatch from our postage point in Melbourne, Victoria.
Handfinished Prints: As these are hand painted with the gold embellishments, these take 1 week to finish with dispatch from our postage point in Melbourne, Victoria.
Original Art: Please allow 1-3 weeks for us to mount and frame your artwork, then allow 3-7 business days after dispatch our from our framer in North Melbourne, Victoria.
For International Orders
These need to be packed with reinforced packaging and rolling so please allow 2+ business days ontop of processing times above.

Who are our shipping providers?
For Australia, We ship our prints via Australia Post & Parcel 2 Couriers. New Zealand and the rest of the world, we use Sendle. With the ongoing pandemic, we calculate the fastest route possible. Each package is registered with tracking to ensure it gets from us to you. For large scale custom frames and canvas work, we use DHL and Pack & Send couriers on Road Express Service.
Due to the pandemic and slow postage times, for our Melbourne clients until Christmas, we offer free Uncommon Florals local point to point delivery within 50km of Melbourne Metro. Our delivery service runs Friday with artwork dropped at your door.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, when you checkout you will see the shipping cost. We use Sendle for prints and DHL International for large scale items. Please take note of any international delays from Australia.
Do you do custom size prints?
If there is a size you need and it appears we don't list it, we can adjust the artwork file to print to your requested dimensions. Write on the Comments box at checkout "Please adjust to print" with the required sizing allocation or contact us with a custom sized order. If you require an extra large size print, we can also create this. It's best that you contact us via email to let us know your requirements and we can create a custom order.
What is the warranty on artwork?
All our products are quality controlled before we dispatch. All items are photographed and video taken on packaging to ensure they are at gallery standard and we pride ourselves on hand making top quality products. Our prints are both protective sprayed and UV treated. We offer a 12 month product warranty on all framed items (Framed Originals & Prints) if frames mounts come apart or crack. Please note, we are not liable for any misuse of the products, and only accept returns if they meet our Returns Policy. Please note when you unwrap your package these are delicate in nature which is stated on the shipping boxes.
All canvas and art prints are not intended for use in direct sunlight. We take no responsibility if you wipe a frame or artwork with solvents, cleaners, apply adhesives, damage your artwork while unpacking or if you hang your artwork in direct sunlight, and is damaged by doing this.
What is the returns process?
We want your artwork to bring you a lifetime of joy! As we are a boutique fine art and print making studio focussing on quality over quantity, please choose your item and artwork/print sizes carefully as each piece is both custom printed, hand gilded and custom framed. There are no refunds for change of mind or ordering errors that have been made. If you're not sure of the size, a frame type or colour, we recommend to contact us first. If you make an incorrect choice, identify there is an error in the invoice or have a change or heart within 24 hours of placing your order, please send us your original invoice and we will be happy to provide a refund or change your order. We provide a replacement return policy in line with our ACCC obligations.
In exceptional circumstances where an order is damaged in transit or believe to be faulty on delivery and evidence of this is provided to us with at least 4 photos of the packaging and item to deem as faulty and or damaged, we will provide a credit valid for 12 months of issue where replacement is not feasible. Information about unclaimed packages & delivery schedules
For items packed under 90cm, we use Australia Post and Parcel 2 Couriers. For large scale art over 90cm, we use DHL and Pack & Send Couriers. In the event that the item is a missed delivery, couriers will make three attempts to deliver to your address and you will be sent an email link to pick up the items if you're not available to take the delivery or; to schedule a delivery at your preference which is the receivers responsibility to arrange and manage.
If you miss all delivery times and do not contact the courier, couriers will reroute the item back to our parcel point in Victoria within 7-10 business days of the last missed delivery. If the parcel is undelivered, re-delivery is at your own cost and we can create a new booking and invoice to redeliver your item. We do not accept liability for incorrect shipping address or amendments to deliveries such as a change in delivery times, or to deliver to a new address whilst in transit - as rerouting a package will increase the shipping time and is outside of our delivery guarantee. We are only insured to deliver to the required destination on a single route and do not provide insurance coverage for rerouting packages.
Australia Post missed deliveries will be held at your local post office and in the event it is unclaimed after 14 days, will be sent back to our parcel point in Victoria as per Australia Post terms and conditions. Please note re-postage with Australia Post is at your own cost and we can create a new invoice for shipping via Australia Post.
Damage in shipment/faulty product information
If an item is damaged in transit or faulty, please take highly detailed photos of where the box and the item and packaging is damaged and email these to us. You may present to your local Australia Post where the item will be dispatched back to our parcel point free of charge or to a courier depot to fill a damaged item/insurance form. Our courier service take photos of delivered items to ensure they get from us to you safely but in the rare event that there is damage to an item due to the delicate nature of artwork, we will endeavour to reframe, or replace the item within one week in line with our replacement policy.
Framing & frame sizes information
Our prints suit all standard frames and mat boards. For example, frames from stores such as Kmart, Spotlight, the A size prints will suit these. For frames from IKEA and other European stores, we recommend the Poster sized frames or contact us to adjust the size. We recommend that artists or acid free archival tape is used to mount your print within a frame.
Free print promotion
To add your free A4 print to your order, add the code in checkout to add the qualifying print to your Shopping Cart. Purchases must be $50 or more to redeem the collector print. Prints are avaliable with Giclee prints collection and no other collection. Enter the claim code exactly as it appears in the promotion details, or copy and paste the claim code into your order form.
Free prints are available only while supplies last and not avaliable in conjuction with any other discount or offer. We can't offer rain checks for promotional items that run out of stock. Uncommon Florals have the right, but not the obligation, to change the features or functionality of Promotions Manager at any time in its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
Can I send an Uncommon Florals as a Gift?
